Robert B. Ash, M.D.
Dr. Ash was born and raised in LaMarque, Texas, but has called Dothan home since 1990. He graduated from Texas A&M University and Baylor College of Medicine. His dermatology residency was completed at Vanderbilt University where he served as Chief Resident for one year. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the Dermatology Foundation Leaders Society which funds research in dermatology.
Dr. Ash's practice focus includes all health issues of the skin.
He enjoys golf, church choir, lake fun, SEACT, musical instruments, and being a dad to his sons. He is married with two children.
Craig D. Omohundro, M.D.
Dr. Omohundro's hometown is Sacramento, California. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree with highest honors at the University of California, Davis, and Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of California, San Francisco. After completing his dermatology residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, he joined Affiliated Dermatology in 1997. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Academy of Dermatology.
His practice focus includes skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, Mohs micro graphic surgery, and reconstruction.
His hobbies include family, youth baseball, exercise, and fishing. He is married with three children.
Tonia L. Ruddock, M.D.
Dr. Ruddock was born and raised in Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She attended medical school at the Indiana University School of Medicine where she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Ruddock completed her internship in internal medicine and her dermatology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.
She is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Ruddock is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and a member of the Medical Association of Alabama.
Dr. Ruddock is experienced in the treatment of skin cancer, acne, moles, warts, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, and other conditions that affect the skin. In addition to medical and surgical dermatology, she also specializes in cosmetic improvement of the skin. Some of the procedures offered by Dr. Ruddock include Botox®, fillers (including Juvederm®, Restylane®, and Radiesse®), sclerotherapy for spider veins, and skin care consultations.
She enjoys family, reading, exercise, and outdoor activities. She is married with two children.
Laura M. Tamburin, M.D.
Dr. Laura Tamburin was born and raised in Williamsburg, Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and graduated summa cum laude with a major in biology and a minor in French. She was also a member of the Tulane women's tennis team for four years.
Dr. Tamburin attended medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She remained at UAB for an internship in internal medicine followed by a residency in dermatology. Her residency training included extensive study of medical and surgical dermatology. She also received formal training in many cosmetic procedures including the injection of Botox® and the use of fillers.
Dr. Tamburin is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Tamburin has practiced dermatology in Dothan since 2002. Her practice focus includes all health issues of the skin. She is married to Jeff, a pediatrician, and has three children. She enjoys tennis, running and spending time with her family.
Norma McKnight, DCNP
Norma McKnight is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified in Dermatology. She is in collaborative practice with Dr. Tonia Ruddock. She completed her Registered Nurse Degree at Wallace College, Dothan, AL with honors, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, magna cum laude. A Master of Science in the Family Nurse Practioner program was completed at the University of South Alabama, Mobile.
She is certified by the Dermatology Nurses Association Nurse Practioner Certification Board and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. Her focus of practice includes the treatment of skin diseases and patient education.
She is married with children and grandchildren. She enjoys family and homemaking, faith activities, exercise and outdoor activities.
Dana Culpepper, PA-C
Dana Culpepper is a certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing in dermatology for years. She is in collaborative practice with Dr. Laura Tamburin. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile and graduated Magna cum laude with a major in Biomedical Sciences.
Dana completed her masters of health sciences at the University of South Alabama in Mobile where she was a member of the Alpha Eta Honor Society. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Her focus of practice is Medical dermatology and patient education.
Dana is married with one child. She enjoys family, reading, sewing, exercise, and baking.
